Child car seats typically aren’t installed or used properly, volunteer inspector Nicole Bellefleur said Thursday.

Travel safety is “important to all Canadians,” Guelph MP Frank Valeriote said. A father of two young children, he noted
motor vehicle crashes are the primary cause of deaths among kids one to nine years of age.
